Advisory Board

The StillSecure Advisory Board assists the management team in achieving the corporate mission of providing an integrated suite of network security solutions to mid and large-sized enterprises. The Advisory Board is composed of respected leaders in Internet security and technology from both private and public companies.

Christopher Darby
Mr. Darby most recently served as Chairman and CEO of @stake, the world's largest independent internet security consulting company. Prior to joining @stake, Mr. Darby served as president and CEO of Interpath. Interpath was a leading application service provider (ASP) offering managed hosting services, IP-based business applications, and Internet consulting. Before Interpath, Mr. Darby held senior executive responsibilities for telecom industry initiatives, corporate strategy, and alliances at Digital Equipment Corporation. Early in his career Mr. Darby held positions at Northern Telecom and Bell Northern Research, participating in ISDN development and the deployment of data switching technologies around the world. A graduate of the University of Western Ontario, Mr. Darby serves on the Board of Visitors for the Kenan Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina.

Stephanie Fohn
Ms. Fohn has a broad base of management and entrepreneurial experience, with particular expertise in information security. Most recently, she was president and chief operating officer of SecurityFocus, the leading provider of enterprise security threat management systems. The company was acquired by Symantec Corporation in August 2002. Previously, she served as vice president of marketing and business development for Tripwire, Inc. and director of distribution partnerships for Infoseek/Go Network. Ms. Fohn began her career in the security industry as director of business development for Pilot Network Services, Inc., one of the industry's first managed security service providers. Prior to joining Pilot, she spent 6 years in venture capital and investment banking in the technology arena.

Wendy Lea
Ms. Lea is Managing Partner of Chatham Group, an independent consultancy focused on go-to-market strategies for early-stage start-ups. Prior to Chatham Group, Ms. Lea led Siebel Systems' eBusiness Consulting division, which provided channel strategy to Siebel's global customers. She joined Siebel in 1999 as a result of its acquisition of OnTarget, Inc., a provider of sales and marketing process to the high-technology industry. At OnTarget, Ms. Lea was VP of Marketing and Alliances. Ms. Lea has been a thought leader in CRM since the early 1990s and co-authored two innovative sales methodologies: CHAMP (channel and alliance management process) and TMP (territory management and planning). Adopted as global standards by leading technology firms such as IBM, Hewlett Packard, Cisco, Microsoft, and Oracle, these methodologies are now embedded in Siebel Systems software applications.

David Payne
Mr. Payne has more than 13 years of professional financial and business/corporate development experience. Most recently, he ran a business and corporate development effort for TruSecure, a leading managed security service provider. In this position, Mr. Payne was responsible for the creation of strategic partnerships in the financial, healthcare and international markets. In addition, he was responsible for the identification and assessment of potential acquisition targets in the information security sector. Prior to TruSecure, Mr. Payne was a Managing Director at Credit Lyonnais, with a focus on Latin American private equity where he ran Credit Lyonnais' investment and commercial bank in Argentina. Prior to this assignment, Mr. Payne was based in New York and in Chicago and responsible for the Bank's relationship with numerous multinational clients.

David Scholtz
Mr. Scholtz is Vice President, Americas Field Alliances, Mercury Interactive. He is presently responsible for all field sales pursuits and go-to-market activities with alliance partners in the Americas. In this role, he manages the joint-selling relationships with large systems integrators, such as Accenture, BearingPoint and IBM Global Services, as well as overseeing Mercury's Solutions Partner Program, consisting of nearly 150 partner companies ranging from multi-national outsourcers to regional systems integrators. Mr. Scholtz’s team is distributed across North and South America and manages over 100M dollars per year in partner-related sales for Mercury. Prior to Mercury, Mr. Scholtz was the President and CEO of CoreMatter, Inc., a software and services firm that he founded to deliver solutions to manage the community involvement activities for large corporations. CoreMatter was Mr. Scholtz's second start-up, as he was previously a founder of Fort Point Partners, a services company that developed web-based business applications, where he was the VP of Sales. Before venturing into the start-up world, he sold enterprise software for Walker Interactive, a vendor of mainframe-based ERP solutions, and designed custom software applications for Fortune 500 clients while at Andersen Consulting (Accenture).
